What does this actually mean in practice? 

It involves real commitment to your performance, learning and development. This ranges from individual mentoring through to our Puma Campus, our one-stop virtual university that’s open to everyone in the company. We will also support you if you are studying for a professional qualification.

We put a lot of effort behind developing our future leaders. One of the key ways we go about this is through the Puma Energy Leadership Development Programme. Provided in partnership with HEC, the leading business school in Europe, it’s designed to help top talent from around the world broaden their strategic capabilities while tackling a variety of real issues facing the business. The emphasis is on coming up with innovative thinking and ideas to create genuinely new and valuable solutions. And those thoughts and ideas are tested through presentations to the Executive Committee. 

In 2017, 60 people attended course at HEC in Paris. It’s a great example of how we invest in career journeys and how that investment pays dividends for the growth and success of the business – not only by developing tomorrow’s leaders but also by generating innovative answers to today’s challenges.
